I am a travel agent, recently we are booked travel insurance for our client, the passenger baggage delayed on day 1.. after tour the passenger are submitted baggage delayed claim with proper document .. withing 8 days the passenger getting his claim in account... super fast after sale service.. 👍😃

Excellent service. Fast , reliable and customer friendly. I have two crew, both are insured with Go digit. Recently I had an accidental claim. I am fully satisfied with the process. Claim was digitally surveyed by Mr. Akash Tonde. Recently, me and my wife took an overseas travel insurance policy with Digit. Initially the insurance was for three months as our travel was for three months. However, this had to be extended while we were overseas. We were able to do that fairly easily via emails.

Further we had claims which got processed with great speed and professionalism. The final settlement is already completed well within a couple of days. I found this very efficient.

Really appreciate the speed and professionalism exhibited. Will strongly recommend anyone looking for travel insurance based on my experience. A welcome change to the way Insurance policies and claims processing have been historically working!!!
